Meditation Yoga

1. Find a Quiet Space:

  • Choose a quiet and comfortable space where you won’t be disturbed. Consider using a meditation cushion or a chair for added comfort.

2. Comfortable Posture:

  • Sit comfortably with your spine straight. You can sit on the floor with crossed legs or on a chair with your feet flat on the ground. Rest your hands on your knees or in your lap.

3. Relax Your Body:

  • Close your eyes and bring awareness to different parts of your body. Start from your toes and gradually move up to your head, consciously relaxing each muscle.

4. Focus on Breath:

  • Shift your attention to your breath. Breathe naturally and observe the inhalation and exhalation. Focus on the sensation of breath entering and leaving your body.
